Physics and Astrophysics of Neutron Stars
July 28 - August 1, 2003
Santa Fe, New Mexico
---Sponsored by Los Alamos National Laboratory through funds from IGPP, INPAC, T-6, T-16, T-Division

The workshop hopes to bring together astronomers, experimentalist, and theoretical (astro, nuclear and particle) physicists. Recent advances in optical, X-ray and neutrino astronomy promises significant new information about neutron stars. These advances on the observational side and the promise they hold for the near future will be addressed. A major focus of the workshop is to discuss the current status of theoretical efforts needed to address observable aspects of neutron star structure and evolution including core collapse supernova, x-ray burster, glitches and other transient phenomena.

See preliminary program below.
